Our optometrists are experts in administering professional and first-class eye care. They are graduates of prestigious medical institutions, with specialized training in diagnosing and treating vision problems, eye diseases and related conditions, and providing pre- and post-surgical care. To become an optometrist, one must first obtain a Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university, then complete a four-year course of study in an accredited optometry school, and successfully pass both a comprehensive written and clinical examination by both a national board of examiners and also a state board examining body. Many optometrists also obtain a Fellowship Degree and complete postgraduate residencies in order to specialize within the field.
